Draft Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Second Amendment) Order, 2017

The Draft Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Second Amendment Order, 2017 seeks to further liberalize provisions governing import of three items under schedule VI of the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003.
