Description
The Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) deems appropriate to amend the MOPH notification No. 367. By the virtue of provisions of Sections 5 (1), and 6 (10) of the Food Act B.E. 2522 (1979), the Ministry of Public Health hereby issues the notification as follows:
- Clauses 4, 11 and 14 shall be repealed and replaced by the revised notification; and
- The Clause 4/1 shall be added in the Clause 4.
