Measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the European Union of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto

The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/37 (6 February 2013) is now amended by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/198 of 2 February 2017 as regards measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto [OJ L 31, 4 February 2017, pp. 29-34].
The Decision entered into force on 2 February 2017.
This new Decision extends the measures notified in 2013 until 31 March 2020; in addition, some changes are introduced in provisions applicable to kiwi plants originating in pest free places or pest free sites of production.
