Resolution No. 087-2016-ARP-SFE

Resolution No. 001-2017-ARP-SFE partially amends subparagraph 1.a. of Resolution No. 087-2016-ARP-SFE with regard to the section on additional declarations by removing Aspidiotus nerii and Icerya seychellarum from the list of pests subject to the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Costa Rica of cut roses (Rosa spp.) from Colombia, as follows: Shipments require an official phytosanitary certificate issued by the country of origin that indicates, in the section on additional declarations, that they are free from Icerya purchasi, Pseudococcus calceolariae, Maconellicoccus hirsutus, Frankliniella schultzei, Thrips palmi and Scirtothrips dorsalis.The notified text establishes the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Costa Rica of cut roses (Rosa spp.) from Colombia.Text available at: http://members.wto.org/crnattachments/2017/SPS/CRI/17_1032_00_s.pdf.
