Description
The proposed amendment notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1091 (dated 16 February 2017) was adopted 22 February 2017 as the Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations (Food Irradiation).
These Regulations come into force on 22 February 2017, on the day on which they are published in the Canada Gazette, Part II.
