Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/177 (20 December 2016) is now adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/378 of 3 March 2017 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain flavouring substances (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 57, 4 March 2017, pp. 14].
This Regulation applies from 24 March 2017.
