Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is publishing three waivers from the requirements of the Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food (the Sanitary Transportation rule). FDA is taking this action in accord with the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
