This Compliance Guideline is intended to supplement the information as notified by the United States in G/SPS/N/USA/2171 and G/SPS/N/USA/2171/Add.1.  The FSIS Compliance Guideline is designed to help establishments that slaughter or further process Siluriformes fish and fish products meet FSIS regulatory requirements and policies. In particular, this guideline covers how to:

•  Submit Labels for Approval – Understand Labeling Requirements
•  Comply with Sanitation Performance Standards (SPS) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (Sanitation SOP) Requirements
