Description
This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of flonicamid in or on multiple commodities. In addition, this regulation revokes the established tolerance for vegetable, fruiting, group 8-10 that is superseded by this action. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) and ISK Biosciences Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
