Description
This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of spirotetramat in or on multiple commodities. In addition, this regulation removes several previously established tolerances that are superseded by this final rule. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) and Bayer CropScience, requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
