Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/178 (10 January 2017) is now adopted by Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/771 of 3 May 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 152/2009 as regards the methods for the determination of the levels of dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 115, 24 May 2017, p. 22].
The Regulation entered into force on 24 May 2017.
