Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 17/Permentan/KR.120/5/2017 concerning Animal Quarantine Document

This regulation has been issued in connection with the development of science and technology where animal quarantine documents and certificates that have been used are no longer appropriate and need to be reviewed. This regulation is intended as a basis for the implementation of the issuance of quarantine documents, and aims at a common understanding and uniformity and orderly administration of the implementation of quarantine measures.
The scope of this regulation covers the types and forms of documents, the procedures for filling and using quarantine documents, and quarantine document printing.
