Adopta medidas provisionales, en relación a la importación de carne fresca de bovino desde Colombia (Provisional measures adopted in relation to the importation into Chile of fresh meat of bovine animals from Colombia)

1. The notified text repeals the sanitary recognition of Colombia as free of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) with vaccination, awarded pursuant to Exempt Resolutions No. 5.538 and No. 5.533 of the SAG, which establish FMD-free areas with vaccination, and which together cover the whole of Colombian territory.
2. It provisionally adopts a sanitary measure suspending the importation into Chile from Colombia of chilled and frozen fresh meat of bovine animals processed as of 28 May 2017.
