Description
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is advising the public that it is proposing to recognize Japan as being free of highly pathogenic avian influenza and Newcastle disease. This proposed recognition is based on a risk evaluation APHIS has prepared in connection with this action, which APHIS is making available for review and comment.
