Turkish Food Codex Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on Eggs

The purpose of this amendment is to specify the characteristics to be taken into consideration in the packaging, preservation, storage, transport and marketing of this variant in a hygienic manner in accordance with the technology of the sheltered eggs obtained from the intended laying hens.
