Description
The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 3196 of 17 September 2012 "Establishing phytosanitary measures applicable to the transport of paddy rice (Oryza sativa) imported from the United States of America for industrial use and to the handling of waste from its processing in Colombia", notified on 2 October 2012 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/236/Add.1, has been repealed pursuant to Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) Resolution No. 6705 of 5 June 2017, which entered into force on 6 June 2017.
