The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) prepared this risk assessment to examine plant pest risks associated with importing commercially produced live plants of Micranthemum callitrichoides (Griseb.) C. Wright (synonym: Hemianthus callitrichoides Griseb.) and M. micranthemoides (Nutt.) Wettst. (synonym: H. micranthemoides Nutt.) (Linderniaceae) for propagation in approved growing media (new rockwool) from Denmark into continental United States and Alaska.
