Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1391 of 15 July 2025 correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1186 as regards the methyleugenol concentration in cinnamon bark essential oil (Text with EEA relevance)

The maximum permitted concentration of methyleugenol in cinnamon bark essential oil was erroneously referred to in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1186 with a value of '≤ 0.04 %', while according to the opinion of the European Food Safety Authority of 27 September 2022, it should not exceed 0.004 %. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1186 is therefore corrected accordingly by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1391.A transitional period is included for the interested parties to meet the requirements resulting from this correction.
