Proposed amendments to the Standards and Specifications for Food Utensils, Containers and Packages

The Republic of Korea is proposing to amend the "Standards and Specifications for Food Utensils, Containers and Packages":
1) The standards and specifications of the following synthetic resin are revised or newly established:
Hydroxybutyl polyester, hydroxybenzoic acid polyester, butylenesuccinate-adipate copolymer (PBSA) and butylenesuccinate copolymer (PBS);
2) The test methods or the wording are revised;
3) The reexamination period of regulations are revised.
