Décret régissant les contrôles officiels des denrées alimentaires d'origine végétale (Decree governing the official controls for foodstuffs of plant origin)

The notified Decree establishes rules on:
· the official controls and official activities conducted by the competent sanitary authority;
· official analyses;
· official certification; and
· the establishment of a computerized system for the management of information and data relating to official controls.
