Regulation on the Use of Recycled Plastics in Materials and Articles Intended to Come into Contact with Food

This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles for the production of recycled plastics to be used in the production of plastic materials and articles that come into contact with food, as well as the rules regarding food contact materials and articles containing recycled plastics.
