Draft Commission Regulation amending Regulation (EU) 2023/1442 as regards the transitional measures for plastic materials and articles manufactured with salicylic acid or untreated wood flour or fibres

This draft regulation amends the transitional measure in Regulation (EU) 2023/1442 by adjustingthe date by which the European Food Safety Authority must have considered the application valid concerning the authorisation of ‘untreated wood flour or fibers’. With this amendment applicants have a reasonable time to complete their application.
