Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/127 (29 April 2015) was adopted as "Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1416 of 24 August 2016 amending and correcting Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food" [OJ L 230, 25 August 2016, p. 22].This Regulation entered into force on 14 September 2016.
