Resolución Directoral N° 010-2017-SANIPES-DSNA "Disponer la Alerta Sanitaria respecto de las conservas de pescado certificadas por la Autoridad Sanitaria China, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine - AQSIQ" (Directorial Resolution No. 010-2017-SANIPES-DSNA "Declaration of a health emergency with regard to canned fish certified by the Chinese Health Authority, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine - AQSIQ")

Article 2 of Directorial Resolution No. 010-2017-SANIPES-DSNA establishes the following preventive and corrective emergency measures to be applied during this health emergency:
· No health certificates will be issued for the entry or importation of canned fish certified by the Chinese Health Authority, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine - AQSIQ;
· Health and safety measures will be applied, in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulations implementing Law No. 30063 and Article 24 of the Regulations implementing the Law on Food Safety, for products declared unfit for human consumption due to a risk to consumer health.
The present health emergency will remain in place until the Chinese Health Authority provides satisfactory guarantees regarding the safety of its hydrobiological products.
