The notified draft Resolution seeks to prohibit, in the national territory, the importation, manufacture, marketing and use of the active ingredient methyl bromide, as well as pesticide products containing it, and to repeal Resolution No. 2152 of 1996, as amended by Resolution No. 5049 of 2008.
