Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/225 (31 August 2017) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/79 of 18 January 2018 amending Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 14, 19 January 2018, p. 31].
This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 February 2018.
