Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/227 (4 October 2017) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/97 of 22 January 2018 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the use of sweeteners in fine bakery wares (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 17, 23 January 2018, p. 11].
This Regulation shall apply from 11 February 2018.
