Description
The Republic of Colombia hereby notifies that Ministry of Social Welfare Resolution No. 1057 of 23 March 2010 "Establishing the Technical Regulation on the sanitary requirements to be met by natural honey for human consumption", notified on 23 April 2010 by the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/171/Add.1, has been declared null and void pursuant to the State Council judgement of 4 February 2016.
