Establece requisitos fitosanitarios para el ingreso de productos usados que puedan vehiculizar Halyomorpha halys (hemiptera pentatomidae) y deroga resoluciones que indica.(Establishes the phytosanitary requirements for entry of used goods that could carry Halyomorpha halys (Hemiptera: Pentatomidae) and abrogates previous resolutions)

In view of the fact that the pest Halyomorpha halys (Order: Hemiptera, Family: Pentatomidae) was intercepted at authorized points of entry into the country in shipments of used clothing, toys, shoes and vehicles, inter alia, and parts and components thereof, which makes these goods dangerous to plants, the notified Resolution establishes phytosanitary requirements for the entry of used goods which could carry the said pest, abrogating Resolutions Nos 6.319/2013, 6.466/2017 and 682/2018.
