Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/172 (9 November 2016) was adopted as Commission Directive (EU) 2018/350 of 8 March 2018 amending Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified organisms [OJ L 67, 9 March 2018, p. 30].
This Directive shall enter into force on 29 March 2018.
