Description
Chile hereby advises that it has amended the date of entry into force of the emergency measures against the pest Xylella fastidiosa notified in document G/SPS/N/CHL/562 and contained in Exempt Resolution No. 6722/2017 amending Resolution No. 7.214 of 2014, which establishes phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of certain ornamental plants for planting, species and types of material, of any origin. The new date of entry into force is 1 September 2018.
