The draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the procedure for the implementation of state control in exporting countries"

This procedure defines the mechanism for the implementation of state control in countries that are planning to import (entry) products, food of non-animal origin or feed of non-animal origin to the customs territory of Ukraine, in order to verify conformity (equivalence) the system of state control of the exporting country to the legislation of Ukraine.
