Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/233 (22 February 2018) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/831 of 5 June 2018 amending Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 140, 6 June 2018, p. 35].This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 June 2018.
