DKS 941:2018 Fermented (cultured) milks – Specification

This Kenya Standard specifies the requirements and methods of sampling and testing for fermented milks including, heat-treated fermented milk, concentrated fermented milks and composite milk products based on these products, for direct consumption or further processing.
