Lifting of the temporary ban on the importation of vegetables and fruits (fresh - frozen - refrigerated) from India to the State of Kuwait due to a formal letter from the Ministry of Health that included an email from WHO (International Health Regulation 2005) stating that imposing a ban on the whole country violates Article 43 of IHR and may amount to significant interference with international trade.
