Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/218 (15 June 2017) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/62 of 17 January 2018 replacing Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 18, 23 January 2018, p. 1].
This Regulation is applicable since 1 January 2018.
