DUS DEAS 99:2018, Spices and condiments - Terminology, Second Edition

This Draft Uganda Standard provides the list of botanical names of plants classified under spices and condiments. This standard also gives the part of the plant used, the common English and available Swahili names of spices and condiments imported and those grown in the country.
