This Communiqué sets out general rules on the definition and specifications of semi-white sugar, white sugar, extra-white sugar, sugar solution, invert sugar solution, invert sugar syrup, glucose syrup, dried glucose syrup, dextrose or dextrose monohydrate, dextrose or dextrose anhydrous and fructose.
