Description
The notified Central American Technical Regulation (RTCA) establishes the food additives and maximum levels thereof permitted in different types of food. It applies to the additives used in food that is marketed in the territory of the States Parties.
The notified Technical Regulation does not apply to processing aids or substances normally used as ingredients.
