Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda would like to inform WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard DEAS 2:2024, Maize grains — Specification, Fifth Edition, notified in G/SPS/N/BDI/101, G/SPS/N/KEN/276, G/SPS/N/RWA/94, G/SPS/N/TZA/350, G/SPS/N/UGA/328, was adopted by the East African Community Council of Ministers on 2 July 2025 as EAS 2:2024, Maize grains — Specification, Fifth Edition.
