Text regulating the entry into Chile of samples of products of animal origin or for animal use that have no commercial purpose, and establishing an import permit requirement for such items

The Republic of Chile hereby advises that the Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution "regulating the entry into Chile of samples of products of animal origin or for animal use that have no commercial purpose, and establishing an import permit requirement for such items", the draft version of which was notified on 20 July 2017 through the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/CHL/548, was issued on 26 July 2018 pursuant to Resolution No. 4.467 and entered into force upon its publication in the Official Journal on 8 August 2018.
