Health measure establishing the ICA application process for a cultivar improved through innovative plant-breeding techniques deriving from modern biotechnology, with the aim of determining whether the cultivar is a Living Modified Organism or a conventional one

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) resolution "Establishing the ICA application process for a cultivar improved through innovative plant-breeding techniques deriving from modern biotechnology, with the aim of determining whether the cultivar is a Living Modified Organism or a conventional one", the draft version of which was notified on 26 February 2018 through the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/282, has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. 29299 of 1 August 2018.
