Health measure setting out the methodology for determining the re-entry interval following the application of chemical pesticides for agricultural use in Colombian territory

The Republic of Colombia hereby advises that the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA) resolution "Setting out the methodology for determining the re-entry or restricted-entry interval (REI) following the application of chemical pesticides for agricultural use registered in Colombian territory", the draft version of which was notified on 11 April 2017 through the World Trade Organization in document G/SPS/N/COL/267, has been issued pursuant to Resolution No. 30058 of 14 August 2018.
