Draft Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 1450 of 31 July 2023”

Ukraine notifies the adoption of the Order of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine of 15 December 2025 No. 3166  “On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine No. 1450 of 31 July 2023" (concerning the approval of requirements for fruit juices and certain similar products, previously notified in documents G/SPS/N/UKR/249 and G/SPS/N/UKR/249/Add.1).The Order was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 30 December 2025.This Order was published on 26 January 2026 and will enter into force six months after its official publication, i.е. on 26 July 2026.
