Established Maximum Residue Limit: Difenoconazole

The proposed maximum residue limit (PMRL) document for difenoconazole notified in G/SPS/N/CAN/1197 (dated 27 August 2018) was adopted 21 November 2018. The proposed MRL was established via entry into the Maximum Residue Limits Database and is provided directly below:MRL (ppm)1      Raw Agricultural Commodity (RAC) and/or Processed Commodity0.22                Dried shelled pea and bean, except soybean (crop subgroup 6C)1 ppm = parts per million2 This MRL replaces the currently established MRL of 0.03 ppm for all crops included in crop subgroup 6C.MRLs are established for each commodity included in the listed crop groupings in accordance with the Residue Chemistry Crop Groups webpage (https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/consumer-product-safety/pesticides-pest-management/public/protecting-your-health-environment/pesticides-food/residue-chemistry-crop-groups.html) in the Pesticides and Pest Management section of Health Canada's website.
