The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On certain issues of carrying out measures of official control of goods, which are imported into the customs territory of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit)" No 960

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On certain issues of carrying out measures of official control of goods, which are imported into the customs territory of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit)" provides:
- a list of goods which, in case of import into the customs territory of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit), are subject to official control;
- a list of documents and data to be checked during the preliminary documentary control.
According to this Resolution, 27 Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine have become invalid, including the Resolution No. 1031 of 5 October 2011 "On certain issues of carrying out of state control of goods transferred though the customs border of Ukraine".
