The aim of this addendum is to update WTO Members that the Draft East African Standard, DEAS 780: 2022, Fresh cassava leaves - Specification, Second Edition, notified G/SPS/N/BDI/9, G/SPS/N/KEN/161, G/SPS/N/RWA/2, G/SPS/N/TZA/193, G/SPS/N/UGA/203, was adopted by Tanzania on 31 October 2025 as a TZS 2316:2025/EAS 780: 2023, Fresh cassava leaves - Specification, Second Edition.
