National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food nutritional fortifier galactooligosaccharide (source of whey filtrate)

This standard is applicable to galactooligosaccharide, a food nutrition fortifier, which takes whey filtrate as raw material, hydrolyzes galactoside bond by β - galactosidase produced by Aspergillus oryzae and GB2760 approved strains, hydrolyzes lactose into galactose and glucose, and transfers the hydrolyzed galactoside to lactose molecule by transferring galactoside.
