Resolución exenta Nº 7374/2018, Modifica y prorroga vigencia resolución Nº 8.391 de 2014, que reconoce Centro de Producción Sklarczyk Seed Farm LLC. Michigan para el envío de minitubérculos de papa (Solanum tuberosum) desde Estados Unidos de Norteamérica a Chile (Exempt Resolution No. 7374/2018 amending and extending the validity of Resolution No. 8.391 of 2014, which recognizes the Sklarczyk Seed Farm LLC production centre, in Michigan, for shipment of potato (Solanum tuberosum) minitubers from

1. The notified resolution amends Resolution No. 8.391 of 2014 by replacing the text of clause 3 with the following:
"3. The recognition of the Sklarczyk Seed Farm production centre shall be valid for a period of two years, which may extended if the following conditions are met:
a. it is attested that no pests classified as quarantine pests have been detected during SAG phytosanitary inspections at the point of entry;
b. no changes of status with respect to phytosanitary conditions, the facilities and the production system of the centre have been reported by USDA APHIS or have resulted from a SAG audit of the centre."
2. The period of validity of the recognition of the Sklarczyk Seed Farm (SSF) production centre for shipment of potato (Solanum tuberosum) minitubers from the United States of America to Chile shall be extended for two years from 13 November 2018.
