Proposed Amendments to the Standards and Specifications for Foods

The proposed amendment seeks to:
1. Revise the storage and distribution temperature of refrigerated ground meat and ground meat products;
2. Delete Velvet bean (Mucuna pruriens) from the list of the "Ingredients Approved for Use in Food" (Annex 1).
